Action Plans – Critics
often complain that strategic plans collect dust after they’re
completed. If this happens, it’s usually because the
company lacked an “action plan” to support the
strategic plan. Action plans take goals identified during the
strategic planning process and break them into specific steps
that staff and leadership will take to achieve them. They outline
accountability, timelines, necessary resources, anticipated
costs and success measurements. |
